Solution based on a DIGITAL PLATFORM, able to connect the various systems present in healthcare facilities to each other, through simplified and integrated interfaces.
FLEXIBLE, OPEN AND MODULAR SOLUTION
Which allows the structures to adapt the solution according to their needs and characteristics.
Flexibility is guaranteed by specific interfacing solutions, capable of communicating with all forms of image processing from scanners of different manufacturers on the market, as well as receiving data from the laboratory management systems (LIS) of any software supplier.
DIGITAL IMAGE WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT
The application allows the management of cases and slides in such a way as to guarantee a subdivision of the work according to the methods in place. It is possible to configure a specific workflow for the laboratory, in order to increase productivity over time by up to 30% (case of Linköping University Hospital), according to one’s characteristics and needs.
WEB BASED
The solution can be used on the web through any browser. It does not require SW and HW installations (dedicated servers or PCs). Through a web connection, users can use the platform in any place where there is internet access.
Cloud Based
The application is usable in SaaS mode
(Software as a Service).
CASE MANAGEMENT
The solution guarantees excellent performance in case management: upload one or more images, perform processing using the Viewer, quickly zoom in and annotate, compare with previous exams (follow-up).
VIEWER
Integrated into the solution, it allows you to view all the digital images of pathological anatomy, from the most popular scanners on the market, supporting the different types of formats without converting the files.
ACTIVE SHARING
The solution guarantees a direct and online connection with one or more people in the hospital network or with any pathologist located anywhere in the world, guaranteeing the possibility of simultaneously sharing a diagnostic case via internet access with only credentials (account and password). It allows full control of the image to all participants in the session in synchronous mode with the possibility of exchanging control and communicating through a chat that can be archived.
DATABASE OF IMAGES AND DATA
The solution is able to automatically manage the database relating to the information of clinical cases archived in the Cloud at an Italian service farm and the database of images, residing at the customer’s premises, useful for operations, scientific research and the development of new methods of assisted diagnosis.
Image Analysis
Quantitative analysis of nuclear and membrane positivity.
The image analysis modules available in the CPGDUE© Suite are aimed at the quantitative analysis of nuclear positivity (Ki67, ER, etc.) and membrane positivity (HER2) in immunohistochemical reactions that use DAB as a chromogen.
The image analysis algorithms were developed by CPG and are calibrated on the specific colors of the laboratory in which they are used, through the use of AI.
In practice, each laboratory will have algorithms created ad hoc and personalized based on their needs and characteristics, through the use of machine learning techniques.

Our applications are performed online on static images (screen-shots) derived from the digital virtual preparation. The analysis algorithms were developed by CPG and are calibrated on the staining characteristics of the laboratory in which they are used through the use of AI systems. In practice, each laboratory has algorithms adapted to its needs and characteristics through machine learning algorithms created ad hoc.

Our Colon Cancer Detection software is a solution that has been proven to improve the accuracy and safety in diagnosing colorectal cancer. Supported by an innovative AI model which, through histopathological image processing, allows for the identification of regions of interest and the generation of annotations that can be viewed on the slide image in order to focus and speed up the diagnosis process.
CPG's AI solution
CPG has invested in the development of AI in pathological anatomy to annotate histological slides stained with hematoxylin-eosin. In the inference process through a neural network, a report is drawn up of the areas that need more attention from the anatomopathologist and annotations are generated to classify a portion of the analyzed tissue.
